Job description

We are looking for a proactive and reliable HR Specialist Assistant to support the recruitment and onboarding of Filipino employees for positions in the Czech Republic. This is a part-time role with the potential to transition to full-time based on mutual satisfaction. You will actively recruit Filipino candidates for work in the Czech Republic, advertise job offers, assist Filipino employees upon arrival in the Czech Republic, handle visa administration, provide interpreting services and accompany Filipino employees to government offices.

What we need

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Category B driving license – active driver
English language proficiency at B2 level
Czech language proficiency at B2 level
Native Filipino

How will it proceed

The entire recruitment process takes between 2 and 6 months, depending on the job position.

Interview at the Agency

First, you will have initial video interview via WhatsApp or Messenger. During these interviews, we will verify if you meet the basic requirements for the selected job position.

Testing and Interview with the Employer

After the initial video interviews, you will have a personal or online interview directly with the employer’s representative. If the job position requires it, you will undergo skills testing.

Work Visa Processing

Once the employer agrees to hire you, we will start processing your 2-year work visa for employment in the Czech Republic. The visa processing takes 3 months.

Arrival in the Czech Republic

Once you obtain the visa, we will schedule your arrival in the Czech Republic. We will arrange your flight tickets, pick you up at the airport, and take you to the employer.

Starting Employment

Upon arrival, we will handle the mandatory administration, open a Czech bank account for you, provide you with a Czech SIM card, and introduce you to your workplace.
